At Paddle Core Store, we stand behind the quality of our premium pickleball equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our carbon fiber, composite, graphite, or hybrid paddles, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used paddles or items showing signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below for your request.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as the return process, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement product (carbon fiber, composite, graphite, or hybrid paddle) you prefer.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
For quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
