Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium pickleball paddles (carbon fiber, composite, graphite, and hybrid models). If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Valid proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items: For quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used paddles showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our return request template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: We’ll process your refund or ship your exchange after receiving and inspecting your return

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement product (carbon fiber, composite, graphite, or hybrid paddle).

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
